Established in 2013, Hemipro offers Construction Management Consulting and Advisory Services to both Clients and Contractors.
Hemipro's Director, John Hemi, is a professional construction industry leader with over 35 years of experience in Building Construction and Main Contractor Business Management. Well regarded in the Auckland market John has a sound understanding of the building industry and it's varied issues and challenges. He is a proven manager of a Contractor's business and a successful preconstruction manager and advisor.
Hemipro has provided clients with construction advice, managed Construction and Fitout contracts, and acted as the client's Design Manager, Project Manager, and Engineer to the Contract.
Hemipro has supported Main Contractors with bid management, tender strategy and planning, tender programming, construction methodologies, procedure and systems development, safety management, leadership mentoring, and strategic advice.
